1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
    Click “Continue Shopping” to continue to add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  2. You’ll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don’t have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  3. You’ll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  4. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  5. Next you’ll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  6. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  7. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

All products transaction currency will be done in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).


  1. We provide FREE Pos Laju shipping on all orders within whole Malaysia. Tracking numbers are emailed once posted.
  2. Once tracking number is updated, customer may need to keep track the parcel status. Courier companies sometimes do not inform when they deliver the item to you even when we request to do that.
  3. Any complain MUST be made within 72 hours from the date that we ship out the item.

Delivery usually will takes about 3 to 5 working days except Public Holiday, may vary depending on the shipping location.

We only exchange goods if they are defective / damaged or different from the sample shown, within 5 working days.

In circumstances where you consider that a product is need to be returned, you should promptly contact us within 5 working days.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item must be unused and unworn
  2. If your purchase was eligible for gift-with-purchase promotion, please ensure that the gift is sent back together with the returned item
  3. Please note that we will send back any return items that do not fulfil all conditions
  1. Refunds would take a processing time of 1 – 2 working days after returned products have been received
  2. Refunds processing time from bank would be 5 – 14 days
  3. Refund method will be bank transfer to customers bank account directly
