Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
1. Go to shipping courier provider
2. Enter your tracking number.
3. Press "Track now" to process
If you are unable to track your package on the courier tracking page, please do not panic. This means that your parcel was just picked up by our respective courier partner and it is not scanned into the system yet. The tracking information with our logistic partners will be available within 24 hours after shipping
Please contact us at (+6)03-7866 0285 with your order number and the item’s details if you are still unable to track your parcel by the following business days after item has been shipped out. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.
1. West Malaysia: 1 - 7 working days (except weekend and public holidays)
2. East Malaysia: 3 - 10 working days (except weekend and public holidays)

Note: Your tracking number will be available on the courier tracking site in the next 24 hours, as the item has only just been shipped.
