Bonfires are the real thrill of winter camps, but it often happens that even if you bonfire in an empty space, it's only warm in front of you, the wind is strong, and the bonfire ends quickly. Lotus root is a one-pole tent specializing in the bonfire of such winter camps. A large 360-degree window at the top of the tent is designed to expel bonfire smoke and prevent warm air from escaping from around the body.

Cancellation
Orders cancelled due to change of mind are allowed before shipment.
For payments made via Atome, all associated transaction fees will be deducted from the refund, as these charges are non-refundable by the payment provider.
If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs and any non-refundable fees.
Warranty
- Covers manufacturing defects only (excludes misuse, damage, or modifications)
- Standard warranty is 3 months from purchase (may vary by product or brand)
- Valid for original purchaser with proof of purchase only
- Excludes wear and tear, accidental damage, discounted items, and unauthorized sellers
- Warranty claims require submission of claim form, proof of purchase, and defect evidence
- Processing may take up to 14 working days
- Customers bear shipping costs for warranty inspection unless stated otherwise
- Approved claims may be repaired, replaced, or offered alternative compensation (no refunds)
- Warranty does not reset after repair or replacement
- Montanic reserves the right to approve or reject claims at its discretion

International Shipping
