Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Warranty

1.1 These Warranty Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the warranty coverage provided by Montanic ("Company") for its products. By submitting a warranty claim, the claimant ("Customer") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 This limited warranty covers only manufacturing defects and workmanship issues in Montanic products purchased directly from Montanic. It does not cover misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

1.3 Montanic retains the exclusive right to determine whether a claim falls within the scope of this warranty. The Company’s decision shall be final and binding.

2. Warranty Period

2.1 The warranty period commences on the original date of purchase and varies by product category or brand. The applicable warranty periods are as follows:

  • All products; however, the coverage period may vary. Most products come with a standard 3-month warranty from the date of purchase, except for certain items, which may have different warranty terms. The specific warranty duration for each product will be confirmed upon claim submission.

2.2 Some brands distributed by Montanic are subject to specific warranty policies determined by the brand owner. In such cases:

  • The applicable warranty terms and duration will be confirmed upon claim submission.
  • Montanic acts as a facilitator for the warranty process but does not control the final decision made by the brand owner.
  • Customers acknowledge that the brand owner’s decision on warranty approval, repair, or replacement is final, and Montanic assumes no liability for such determinations.

2.3 Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.

2.4 Claims submitted after the warranty period has expired shall be deemed void and will not be entertained.

3. Exclusions & Limitations

3.1 This warranty shall not apply to:

a) Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, discoloration, scratches, or fading due to environmental exposure after use.
b) Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions.

d) Loss, theft, or accidental damage.
e) Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to fire, water, chemicals, extreme temperatures, or impact forces.
f) Any product purchased from an unauthorized seller, third-party marketplace, or reseller not recognized by Montanic.

3.2 Montanic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or personal injuries.

3.3 This warranty is limited to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages; in such cases, the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to the Customer.
