The Gerber Prybird-X Solid State Small is a compact and versatile pocket knife. Characterizing about this knife is that the knife is not the most important tool. As the name might already suggest it is the pry-bar located at the end of the handle. With it you pry open things you don't want to use your pocket knife for. But also opening a beer, stripping electric wires, tightening screws or even removing a nail will be a piece of cake. You should consider the knife to be a bonus. But a really good bonus! Because of its pointed tip this knife is namely perfect for the more detailed tasks. Also when opening boxes. With the button the knife slides out. To make sure this doesn't accidentally happen in your pocket you do need to completely press this button. To slide the knife back in you press it down again.
