Cancellation

Orders cancelled due to change of mind are allowed before shipment.

For payments made via Atome, all associated transaction fees will be deducted from the refund, as these charges are non-refundable by the payment provider.

If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs and any non-refundable fees.
Warranty

Standard Shipping
  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are correct
  • Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order
  • Delivery takes approximately 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Orders are delivered during office hours (9:00am – 5:00pm, weekdays only)
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery or late address changes
International Shipping
