How do I purchase my order on the site?
1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
2. Continue to add other products into the cart OR click the "Shopping Cart Icon” on the top right to proceed for payment.
3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in to your account using your Username and Password. If you do not have an account with us yet, you can register an account before you proceed to make payment.
4. Choose your preferred shipping method.
5. Choose your payment method then click the “next” button.
6. Once your payment is confirmed, you will received a confirmation email from us.
7. Patiently waiting and we will ship out your order to you very soon.
What are the payment methods available?
montanic.com offers payment methods as shown below :
1. iPay88 (Visa/Mastercard/Ewallet/Online Banking).

How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
Log-in your account (Click "My Account Icon" on the top right corner → Click on “Edit Profile” → Edit your account information and Shipping address.
I forgot my password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
1. Click on “Lost Password” and fill in your email address that you registered with us.
2. Click Submit. A verification token will be sent to you.
3. Check your email inbox.
4. Follow the instructions from the email to reset your password.
Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
Yes, only if your order is still on pending status. Once order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please whatsapp or contact us directly for any urgent matters regarding your order.

How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually takes about 1 to 7 business days for West Malaysia and 3 to 10 business days for East Malaysia areas. (Depending on courier service level. Montanic is not responsible for any carrier shipping delays.)
