Shipping policy
- We ship internationally.
- Enjoy free shipping for parcels weighing up to 10kg within West Malaysia only, which will be automatically calculated and applied to the final shipping charges at checkout.
- For security purposes, some international orders may require additional verification before dispatch. This process may take up to 3–7 business days. Montanic reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be verified.
- All international orders are shipped by air. Montanic reserves the right to cancel an order or request an additional freight charge if the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount paid by more than 10%.
- We also reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with customs regulations or contains prohibited or dangerous goods that are not permitted in the destination country.
- Montanic will select the most suitable logistics partner based on delivery time and cost. For further shipping enquiries, please email enquiry@montanic.com
