Terms & Conditions

1. Engraving typically takes 14 business days to complete.
2. Engraving orders cannot be processed urgently due to the time required to ensure quality.
3. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend cancelling the engraving to expedite shipping.
4. Maximum of 10 characters only including spaces.
5. The text to be engraved should be provided exactly as it is to appear, including any specific case (uppercase, lowercase), punctuation, and spelling. 
6. Engraving will be done using the fonts options available only. 
7. The engraving will be placed in the standard location on the back of the tumbler.
8. Different coatings and colors may have different outcomes for engraving. 
9. Engraved items are custom-made and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
10. Once the engraving process has begun, no changes or cancellations can be made.
11. We are not responsible for any damage or errors once the engraving has been approved and completed.
12. We reserve the right to refuse any engraving requests that contain offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material.
