• This Gift Card is non-refundable, non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash.
  
• Montanic reserves the right to deactivate or terminate for suspected fraud or unlawful activity.
• Montanic may amend these terms without prior notice.
• Montanic's decision in disputes is final.
