Don't get them to ship your item!

If you order online, please go and collect it from the store. They are lousy at packing fragile items and you might receive damaged goods upon arrival.

I'm so sorry for the damaged goods. But rest assure that we will do our best to replace even if the goods are damaged by logistic. Although we not try to push away the blame, the item is indeed highly fragile, it's one of item that is quite hard to ship out. Anyway, we apologise for the damage, hope you're satisfied with the replacement.
