- Standard warranty is 3 months from purchase (may vary by product or brand)
- Valid for original purchaser with proof of purchase only
- Excludes wear and tear, accidental damage, discounted items, and unauthorized sellers
- Warranty claims require submission of claim form, proof of purchase, and defect evidence
- Processing may take up to 14 working days
- Customers bear shipping costs for warranty inspection unless stated otherwise
- Approved claims may be repaired, replaced, or offered alternative compensation (no refunds)
- Warranty does not reset after repair or replacement
- Montanic reserves the right to approve or reject claims at its discretion

Standard Shipping
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are correct
- Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order
- Delivery takes approximately 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday)
- Orders are delivered during office hours (9:00am – 5:00pm, weekdays only)
- Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched
- Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery or late address changes
International Shipping
- Some international orders may require additional verification (3–7 business days) before dispatch
- Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled
- All international orders are shipped by air
- Additional charges may apply if actual shipping cost exceeds the amount paid by more than 10%
- Orders that do not comply with customs regulations or contain prohibited items may be cancelled
