DoD, this Japanese camping brand has did it again. This time, it came in the form of a High Back Compact Chair. This sleek design is donned in the DoD famous color - black, khaki and cream. Either one of these colors will matched with the ever famous DoD Rabbit logo on the head rest of the chair.
I chose to purchase the DoD High Back Compact Chair as compared to the other high back chair of the same design because of the frame. The simply frame looks so sturdy as compared to the rest. It gave me more confidence if someone else other than me sits on the chair. Especially those above 80 kg . Hahahahhahaaah...This type of frame looks stronger. You do not sacrifice stability for lightweight. I have also seen Decathlon using the same frame design for their high back compact chairs. As for the Decathlon High Back chair, the resting position is slightly leaned back as compared to the DoD. The DoD is slightly upstraight so that you would be able to enjoy the view in and around of the camp site. After all, youre seated in a DoD chair. Why waste the beautiful view!
The chairs fabric is also durable against harsh weather and does not expand or retract when left out in the sun and rain. Just as long you don't leave it by purpose for a long period of time. I mean, I love my DoD stuffs. Dont you? The color itself is outstanding. Perhaps they should make it in Indigo blue as Japan is world famous for their Indigo colored fabrics.
So, when you buy a DoD brand, be comfortable that you are not only buying a brand, but also buying comfort, durability and a wonderful time. Enjoy your DoD!
