    • Standard warranty is 3 months from purchase (may vary by product or brand)
    • Valid for original purchaser with proof of purchase only
    • Excludes wear and tear, accidental damage, discounted items, and unauthorized sellers
    • Warranty claims require submission of claim form, proof of purchase, and defect evidence
    • Processing may take up to 14 working days
    • Customers bear shipping costs for warranty inspection unless stated otherwise
    • Approved claims may be repaired, replaced, or offered alternative compensation (no refunds)
    • Warranty does not reset after repair or replacement
    • Montanic reserves the right to approve or reject claims at its discretion
