The Nite Ize LED Upgrade Kit converts most C/D (2-6 cell PR style flange) incandescent flashlights into bright, long lasting (100,000 hour) LED flashlights. It's as easy as replacing the bulb - instantly, your flashlight will emit a pure white (as opposed to the incandescent dull yellow) light, in spot to flood focus. Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled due to change of mind are allowed before shipment.
For cancelled orders, transaction fees will be deducted from the refund based on your original payment method, as these charges are non-refundable by the payment provider.
If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs and any non-refundable fees.

- Standard warranty is 3 months from purchase (may vary by product or brand)

- Excludes wear and tear, accidental damage, discounted items, and unauthorized sellers
- Warranty claims require submission of claim form, proof of purchase, and defect evidence
- Processing may take up to 14 working days
- Customers bear shipping costs for warranty inspection unless stated otherwise
- Approved claims may be repaired, replaced, or offered alternative compensation (no refunds)
- Warranty does not reset after repair or replacement
